
Niamh is an experienced and competent Accredited Coach, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and an Endorsed Provider of Institute of Leadership & Management Training. She provides personal and life coaching, career coaching and works with organisations delivering executive coaching at Director, CEO and Board level.
Niamh is Chair of Association for Coaching Ireland, the lead professional body for coaching across Ireland and was a finalist for the AC Honorary Award 2010 for “Influencing Service to the Profession of Coaching”.
Niamh has considerable business experience working strategically at a senior level in London and Northern Ireland. Her last role was NI Head of Operations for a large national third sector organisation. This involved spearheading significant growth strategy and leading operational management of diverse projects and staff portfolio. She has exceptional insight and understanding of the executive and business environment and the challenges and opportunities this holds for her clients. Niamh speaks frequently at coaching and business events across Ireland and is on the board of Directors for Women in Business NI.
Niamh’s coaching is informed by the theory and models of NLP, Behavioural and Cognitive Coaching as well as using a range of practical skills and tools from coaching, management and leadership learning. She believes that her clients are resourceful and that through coaching they can develop new thinking, feelings and behaviours to enhance performance, confidence and well-being. She creates a space where clients can see new possibilities, consider alternative options and explore new ways of doing.
Through attentive listening and establishing a relationship based on trust, respect, commitment and confidentiality. She works with her clients in a way that leaves them more competent and more confident and with the ability to continue developing beyond the life of the coaching programme. Niamh blends strong coaching models and competencies with pragmatic strategic planning and actions; results are what she focuses on.
