HOW COACHING WORKS

Coaching is a series of conversations that take place face to face or over the telephone with email support. It frequently takes place at intervals of 3-4 weeks in sessions of around 60-90 minute duration. In between scheduled coaching sessions short calls/texting and emails are available.

Coaching may involve only two or three sessions to address very specific issues or continue for 6-9 months in developing more long term strategies. What is important is that Individual coaching contracts are agreed with all clients dependent on their personal goals and circumstances.

Geography does not need to limit your choice of Coach as telephone coaching alone has been proven to be a highly effective medium for change and achieving goals. We welcome all enquiries and are currently working with clients throughout Ireland and the UK.
