Coaching is a series of conversations that take place face to face or over the telephone and with email support. It often takes place on a fortnightly basis over a period of four to six months in sessions of around 60 minute duration. In between scheduled coaching sessions unlimited short calls and emails are available.

Alternatively coaching may take place weekly or monthly. It may involve only two or three session to address very specific goals or continue for 6-9 months in developing more long term strategies. What’s important is that Individual coaching contracts are agreed with all clients dependent on their personal goals and circumstances.

Geography does not need to limit your choice of a Coach as telephone coaching alone has been proven to be a highly effective medium for change and achieving goals. Niamh welcome’s all enquiries and is currently working with clients throughout Ireland and the UK.
