It offers an environment where executives can reflect on issues affecting their performance, consider transition challenges or address problematic behaviours and attitudes.
Outplacement & Career Coaching
We work with you or your organisation as soon as you start to make plans to redeploy and have significant experience in providing outplacement support to individuals across a range of professions and sectors. Our programmes are focused on encouraging people to think positively about change and to help equip them with the knowledge, attitude and practical skills to approach the job market with confidence.
We also offer a two day ILM Endorsed training programme on CV and Interview skills.

Advance is an approved Institute of Leadership & Management provider of Endorsed and Development Programmes we offer four unique programmes assisting managers/ supervisors and client facing staff to adopt a coaching approach in their management model and client services:
Managers
Management Supervision: A Coaching Approach: designed for middle to senior managers this three day ILM endorsed programme will enable Managers to adopt the use of coaching knowledge and skills in their management supervision. Coaching skills are very effective in rapport building, defining goals, action planning, motivating and confidence building all important concerns for the manager.
Coaching Skills for Supervisors: designed for first level supervisors, this three day ILM endorsed programme will provide supervisors with the knowledge and skills to adopt a coaching approach in their supervision of staff enabling them to build better relationships and enhance staff performance amongst other positive outcomes.
Client facing staff
Coaching Skills for Key Workers: designed for key/link workers, this three day ILM endorsed programme will be of particular interest to housing support staff, residential care staff, social workers and health care practitioners. It will provide them with the knowledge and skills to adopt a coaching approach in their work with clients; building better relationships and greatly improved outcomes.
Introduction to Coaching Skills: designed for client facing staff who would like to enhance their interactions with their clients/customers this one day ILM development programme will be of particular interest to housing support staff, residential care & social workers and health care practitioners.
