Here at Advance Coaching we are passionate about gender equality and women and leadership and are involved in a wide range of gender specific projects. These projects are always bespoke designed services to respond to very specific sector and organisational context.
These include: mentoring, coaching, team coaching, focus groups, impact training, resilience building and research, project design and delivery.

Irish Football Association
Designing and delivering the first Women into Leadership Development Programme in Northern Ireland. This includes personality profiling, resilience testing, resilience training, working on Boards, high impact conversations and setting up of Action Learning Sets.
Law Society Northern Ireland
Designing and managing the first women’s mentoring programme for the legal profession. This has included designing Mentor and Mentee application and matching process, Mentoring Training, Agreements and evaluation.
Women’s Support Network
Research into the advice needs of vulnerable women in Belfast. This has included service user and staff focus groups.
Women in Business NI
Designing and delivering Resilience Masterclass for women in business.
Queens University School of Biological Science
Designing and facilitating focus groups for postdoctoral women on career development.
