Background
Caroline has over 15 years of experience most of which at Senior Management level in a global multinational, in roles ranging from International Organisational Development Manager, Learning and Development Manager to Lean Coach. She has extensive experience of developing leaders at all levels, both individually and as High-Performance Teams, in UK, Ireland, Europe, and North America.
As an experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to leadership development, offering a tailored approach to ensure maximum results for the client. These soft skills are complimented by a keen insight into business performance and how to achieve exceptional results through people, drawing on her vast experience as a Lean Coach using Lean and Six Sigma across a range of sectors.
