All our deep impact coaching interventions are supported by individual and team profiling through reliable and valid psychometric tools. British Psychological Society Accredited we administer and provide detailed feedback on a wide range of psychometric assessments.

Hogan Development Survey

Describes qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships and derail peoples’ chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, we can recognise and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.

Hogan Personality Inventory

Describes normal, or bright-side personality, how we relate to others when we are at our best and valuable insight into how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be.

Hogan Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

Describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. 

EQ-I-20

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading assessment tool used for assessing emotional and social intelligence and an excellent way to understand the emotional competencies of an individual.

A group or team profile can be produced where members of the group or team have completed the individual profile.
