In the last five years we have developed significant expertise and positive recognition for designing and supporting organisational mentoring programmes across a wide range of organisations including: Law Society NI, Bar Association NI, Women in Business NI, Probation Board NI, NI Housing Executive and The Halifax Foundation.
Mentoring is a developmental partnership through which the Mentor shares knowledge, skills, networks and perspective to foster the professional growth of the Mentee. There are huge benefits for all parties, Mentor, Mentee and the Organisation

Advance Mentoring Programme Path
Programme Design: Working in consultation with the organisation to design and roll out a mentoring programme providing all key governance and programme documents.
Mentor & Mentee Onboarding: Design & delivering training for Mentors and onboarding for Mentees and provision of mentoring guides and toolkit with option of ILM Certification for Mentors.
Matching, Support & Evaluating: Supporting the organisation in the matching of Mentors to Mentee applicants and design & administer a survey monkey evaluation of the programme through all Mentors and Mentees.
Continuous Professional Support for Mentors: Designing and delivering ongoing learning and resources for mentors.
