As an accredited Executive Coach with 7 years’ experience, and 18 years’ professional HR experience, Frances has a wealth of experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors. As an experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator Frances deliver’s one to one and group coaching programmes. Frances’ extensive experience in HR Management strengthens her role as a coach. Frances is fully cognisant of the complexities and challenges faced by leaders and facilitates the integration of both individual aspirations with organisational goals.
