Background
Niamh is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach and Certified Design Thinker. She is former Chair of Association for Coaching Ireland and an AC Fellow. She has extensive experience of working with local and global leadership teams where she consistently achieves exceptional outcomes.
Through Advance’s ILM Centre, Niamh trains and accredits coaches’ and mentors and designs and manages in-house mentoring programmes. She also provides both individual and group coaching supervision to internal and external coaches.
An experienced Board Member, Niamh was a Board Director at AC Ireland for ten years and has been a Board Director for Women in Business NI for the last nine years.
